Jordan N. Osmon

Warren – Jordan N. Osmon, 21, of Warren passed away Tuesday afternoon, January 25, 2022 at Trumbull Region Medical Center.

Jordan was born on April 23, 2000 in Corpus Christi, TX, a daughter of Brenda J. (Phelps) Hayes.

Jordan was loved by her family and friends. She was funny and kind-hearted and her loving presence will be missed by all who knew her.

Jordan was a talented artist, specializing in body art. Through her talent, she was able to leave a little part of herself on the people she loved.

Jordan will always be remembered by her two beloved son, Damien Blaze Osmon and new born, Keanan George Anthony Osmon; parents, Brenda (John) Hayes and Shawn (Rebecca) Osmon; loving boyfriend, “her wolf,” David DiClaudio Jr.; siblings, Taylor Marie Hayes, Timothy John Patrick Hayes and Savannah Osmon; nephew, Justin Edward Bishop Jr.; maternal grandparents, Susan Kuehner, Timothy R. (Connie) Phelps and Michael Kuehner; paternal grandparents, Linda (Gary) Starkey, Rick Osmon and Richard (Sue) Osmon; aunts, Shannon (Adam) Garner and Jennifer (Rick) Schmus; uncles, Patrick C. Hayes II, Jeremy Hayes, Adam (Christina) Hayes and Anthony (Holly) Hayes Sr and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jordan was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Helen Teegarden and Ray and Goldie Phelps and her uncle, Corey E. Osmon.

Professional services were entrusted to the Sinchak and Sons funeral home of Warren.
